Loan Proposal Documentation: Once the completed and signed application form, identification, and all required supporting documents are received, we'll prepare and submit your application. Following assessment, the Credit team makes a favourable decision on the application.
Indicative Letter of Offer & Valuation: Once the assessment is approved, an Indicative Loan Offer (ILO) will be issued, potentially outlining any review conditions. A valuation quote will also be provided for upfront payment. The signed ILO and payment must be returned before instructions are issued and the valuation report is completed.
Loan Agreement then Settlement: When valuation is returned and we have everything, we’ll ask for the quoted legal fee deposit to be paid. Once that’s done, we’ll instruct one of our panel Lawyers to send the loan documents incl the loan agreement(s), mortgage(s), and any other necessary paperwork straight to your nominated legal firm.
